High Purity Graphite Particle, Wear-Resistant Lubrication Graphite Column Recarburizer 3-20 mm

Artificial Graphite Granule
An artificial graphite granule is a manufactured carbon material, made from petroleum coke or coal tar pitch by heating at high temperatures, processed into specific granular sizes (like 0-1mm up to 5-10mm), offering high purity (98.5-99%+ carbon) and controlled properties, crucial for applications needing conductivity, high temperature resistance, and specific particle shapes, such as lithium-ion battery anodes, steelmaking (carburizer), lubricants, and refractories.

    How it's Made
Raw Materials: Start with calcined petroleum coke or coal tar pitch (amorphous carbon).
Graphitization: Heat to extremely high temperatures (e.g., >2600°C) to transform carbon into crystalline graphite.
Processing: Crush, screen, and classify the material into specific granule or powder sizes.
