Artificial Graphite Petroleum Coke is made from high quality petroleum coke under a temperature of 2800ºC.And,it is widely used as the best kind of recarburizer for producing high quality steel,special steel or other related metallurgical industries,because of its high fixed carbon content,low sulfur content and high absorb rate.
Besides, it also can be used in plastic and rubber production as an additive.
Semi GPC is from the insulation layer of acheson furnace.The graphitization temperature is in the range of 1700-2500C,It belongs to the medium temperature graphitization product.It is economical recarburizer with high fixed carbon,lower sulphur content,fast dissolution rate and high absorption rate.
Application
1. Widely used in steel smelting works,precision castings as carbon raisers.
2. Used in foundries as modifying agent to increase the quantities of speroidal graphite or improve the structure of gray iron casting thus upgrade the class of gray iron casting.
