Low Ash Good Price Metallurgical Coke Nut Blast Furnace Coke for Sale

metallurgical coke is the quintessential fuel for melting iron in ovens, ensuring the iron achieves exceptional heat. It is expertly designed to uphold outstanding air permeability by supporting stock columns. As such, our foundry coke embodies essential qualities: large block size, minimal activity, fine porosity, robust anti-crush strength, and impressively low levels of ash and sulfur. Beyond the standard 10% ash foundry coke, our special grade variant shines with an ash content of just 8%.

    Application:

Metallurgical coke (met coke )  is a carbon material resulting from the manufactured purification of multifarious blends of bituminous coal. In its natural form, bituminous coal is soft; its medium-grade composite contains a high occurrence of unstable components.
Metallurgical coke is mainly used in metallurgical and chemical industries. The coke in a cupola functions not only as a fuel but also as a medium of heat transfer. Coke is primarily used to smelt iron ore and other bearing materials in blast furnaces, acting both as a source of heat and as a chemical reducing agent to produce iron or hot metal.
Main purpose: It is widely used in iron and non-ferrous metal smelting, casting, chemical industry, calcium carbide and ferroalloy, etc.
