Product Description

The production process of graphite crucible mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation: The selection of high purity graphite material, and crushing, grinding and screening, in order to obtain the required particle size.

Mold design: Design and make molds according to the required crucible shape and specifications.

Pressing molding: the graphite particles are mixed with an appropriate amount of binder, poured into the mold, and then pressed under a certain pressure.

Sintering: The pressed graphite body is placed in a high temperature furnace for sintering to remove binder and other impurities, while improving its mechanical strength.

Finishing: The sintered graphite crucible is polished, polished and other finishing treatment to obtain the required dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Quality testing: Quality testing of the processed graphite crucible, including appearance, dimensional accuracy, compressive strength and other aspects of the test.

Application

Due to its excellent performance, graphite crucible is widely used in metallurgy, casting, machinery, chemical and other industrial sectors for the smelting of alloy tool steel and the smelting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys, and has good technical and economic effects.
