A: Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production time usually needs 15-20 days.
Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 2000g for samples, and 1 tons for an normal order, checking is available.
Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT or airline , it usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.
Mass orders usually go by sea.
Q5: How to proceed an order?

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we can discuss the solution including compensate for customer losses.
